Diet coaching can help you identify the routines that will work best for you. It can help you solve practical problems in putting plans into action. It can help you identify ways of thinking that undermine your efforts to change. It can help you understand and then change the emotional ties that keep you stuck in unhealthy habits. It can help you stay on track through the ins and outs and ups and downs of your life.
Diet coaching can occur on the phone on an “as needed” basis, or through a package option, both for workbook subscribers and non-subscribers. Sessions usually occur weekly, starting with an initial assessment. Subsequent sessions are often 30 minutes each. As coaching progresses, 15 minute sessions and/or reduced frequency will make sense. You can discuss these options as you work with Dr. Katz. Longer, shorter, or more frequent phone contact, or email contact can be discussed and arranged as needed once coaching is underway. For in-person consultations in Northampton, Massachusetts, call or email for an appointment (see Contact). You will submit registration information upon check out
